Is there Transportation?

No. This excursion is up to the individual to drive and park at the public parking area near both venues. Sharing a car is, of course, recommended.

No. This excursion is up to each member to pay for each item individually at the venues themselves.

What do I need to do?

If you are a member of The Legends Cigar Herf, then you will be notified by email soon. Just like our normal "Roll Call" emails, you will ve able to reply so that we can relay our group size to the cigar bar and chop house. Also, the excursions will be listed on the calendars for BOTH SpaceCoast and The Villages chapters.

More Specific "Fine Print" Details:

Members of both The Legends Cigar Herf Spacecoast chapter and The Villages chapter will travel individually by car to the Orlando location. Parking is available at the 55 WEST GARAGE located at 60 W Pine St, Olando, FL, 32801. Parking is $2.00 per hour. Plan on about 4 hours maximum ($8). We should arrive there at about 11:00 AM. A Monday is desired to cut down on traffic and crowds.

We will walk 500 feet east, down Pine Street, to reach the Corona Cigar Company & Diamond Lounge on Orange Ave. and Pine Street, . We will plan to spend a total of 2 hours there, and leave that location at 1PM.There are over 1 million cigars there, and great whiskeys and bottled beer and wines! An individual can spend as little as $10 for a cigar. Drinks are obviously additional to that price.

At 1PM, we will cross the street and walk south 375 feet to Kres Chophouse at 17 W CHURCH STREET, ORLANDO, FL, 32801. This has been voted as the Best Orlando Restaurant, Best Orlando Steakhouse, and other ratings as well. The lunch pricing for a steak and drink may reach $100 per person, but this is a first-class lunch that you will remember! An individual could also keep it light with a salad or other light bites if that is desired.

We will leave lunch around 2:30PM, to make arrival back at each chapter location around 4PM.

Of course we could switch the order of eating and cigars, but this day trip was orginized with cigars BEFORE lunch for a reason. If drinking while enjoying a cigar, it is best to do that first, and THEN eat, so that driving back home will not be as bad with alcohol levels.

This is designed to bring both chapters together for the first time, and have it be a memorable occasion. TOP Steaks, TOP Whiskeys, and TOP Cigar Selections! It is desired to make this trip on a Monday, rather than a weekend, as Kres Chophouse opens at 5PM on Saturdays and Sundays. We would have no formal reservations, as they limit groups to 6 people maximum. This can be looked into further once a date is agreed upon.

The date and time is Monday, February 23rd, 2026, from 11am to 4pm (excluding driving times). For those in the Spacecoast chapter, it is worth noting that there is a Moose Legion meeting on this Monday at 6:00PM. All members of both chapters of The Legends Cigar Herf are encouraged to offer participation in this excursion to others that may be interested. This excursion will not be prepaid in any way. It is strictly out-of-pocket as desired by each individual.
